In the aluminum industry, controlling fine dust is not just a challenge – it’s a necessity. Recognizing this, Hanacans Factory, one of Vietnam’s leading aluminum manufacturers, partnered with TOMECO to design and deliver a high-performance aluminum dust extraction system.
Importance of Aluminum Dust Control in Production
During aluminum manufacturing, fine dust particles are generated at high density. These not only pollute the air and directly threaten workers’ health but also reduce the efficiency of machinery and equipment. Addressing this issue is not only a regulatory requirement but also an expression of corporate responsibility toward employees and the community.
As an environmental solutions expert, TOMECO approached the project scientifically and systematically. Our engineering team conducted an on-site survey at Hanacans Factory to analyze dust characteristics, exhaust airflow, and real operating conditions.
Based on these insights, TOMECO proposed an optimal and customized solution:
System Design: A bag filter system combined with high-capacity centrifugal fans and ducting, ensuring maximum dust collection efficiency.
Advanced Technology: Application of aerodynamic calculation software and airflow simulation to guarantee system stability, minimize pressure loss, and save energy.
Standardized Installation: Strict adherence to safety standards throughout construction, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
