Recognizing this reality, TOMECO has set a clear objective to foster an AI application culture throughout its entire organization—from leadership and office staff to manufacturing units.

AI Culture as TOMECO’s Strategic Direction
At TOMECO, AI adoption is viewed not simply as a technological task, but as a long-term commitment to innovation. The company encourages all employees to approach AI as a “technology assistant” that helps them work smarter, faster, and more accurately.
The promotion of an AI-driven culture is implemented consistently through three key directions:
Enhancing individual productivity
Standardizing processes and data in line with ISO standards
Improving overall operational efficiency across the system
This initiative also serves as a critical preparation step, enabling TOMECO to be fully ready for deeper digital transformation projects in the 2025–2030 period.

AI Training Program at TOMECO An Khang Factory
To equip employees with practical AI skills, TOMECO organized a training series titled “Applying AI in Daily Work” for key personnel at the TOMECO An Khang Factory.
The program was attended by company leadership, department heads, and the CDS (Digital Transformation) expert team.
The training content was structured into four modules:
1. Gamma AI Application – Automated Slide Creation
Introduction to AI-powered rapid slide generation
Hands-on practice combining Gamma and Canva to create professional presentations
2. Designing Publications with Canva AI
Guidance on fast-track design workflows
Optimizing internal communication materials and technical reports using AI
3. Notion AI – Building an All-in-One Digital Workspace
Managing personal and team tasks
Developing standardized data and documentation systems
Supporting ISO compliance and operational management
4. AI + Excel – A Powerful Data Analysis Duo
Automating formulas and reports
Supporting the handling of complex spreadsheets with AI
The training was delivered using a “hands-on, step-by-step” approach, enabling participants to immediately apply AI tools to their daily work in production workshops, QA/QC departments, engineering and technology teams, and operational management units.

Results and Next Implementation Directions
Following the program, employees have gradually become proficient in applying AI tools to daily tasks, particularly in:
Rapid drafting, summarizing, and reporting
Designing and developing technical documentation
Managing tasks, data, and workflows
Analyzing data to support production activities
This training series serves as an essential foundation for TOMECO to continue deploying factory-level digital transformation projects, including process digitization, IoT implementation in workshops, optimized maintenance management, and enhanced data governance capabilities.
