Rotary kiln cooling fans manufactured in cement have been manufactured at TOMECO Vietnam

Rotary kilns produce cement according to new technology, when operating with very high furnace shell temperatures (when not cooling can be up to 300 ° C), greatly affecting the life of the furnace as well as the capacity of burning clinker. In order to increase the service life of refractory bricks leading to increased furnace life and heating capacity, a cooling fan system is required to reduce the outer temperature of the furnace shell.

Stemming from that fact, TOMECO has surveyed and researched the design of a special fan with the following features:

– Working in high temperature environment
– Long-term working cycle (runs continuously for up to 6 months)
– Large flow (up to 40,000m³ / h)
– High concentration pressure (Up to 1500Pa)

This fan has been built up to 20 sets / order to serve rotary kiln cement plants across the country. Through practical use in some fan factories have met the needs of customers and are stable in quality, can run continuously 24 hours in 6 months to maintain.
