The 6th Trade Union Congress of Tomeco An Khang Joint Stock Company for the 2025–2030 Term Successfully Concluded

On November 29, 2025, the grassroots Trade Union of Tomeco An Khang Joint Stock Company solemnly held its 6th Trade Union Congress for the 2025–2030 term. The Congress welcomed 135 official delegates, representing the will and aspirations of all union members and employees of the Company.

A Democratic – United – Responsible Atmosphere at the Tomeco An Khang Trade Union Congress

The Congress took place in a serious, democratic, and united spirit. Delegates actively discussed and contributed many important opinions to comprehensively review the results of Trade Union activities during the 2020–2025 term.

Despite facing numerous challenges during the past term, the grassroots Trade Union of Tomeco An Khang consistently upheld its role as a representative organization, taking care of employees’ welfare and safeguarding the lawful and legitimate rights and interests of union members. At the same time, it encouraged emulation movements in production and labor, making positive contributions to the Company’s overall development goals.

Key Directions for the 2025–2030 Term

The Congress unanimously agreed on the key tasks for the new term, including:

• Enhancing the representative role and protection of employees, ensuring the lawful rights and interests of union members.

• Innovating the content and methods of Trade Union activities to improve the effectiveness of emulation movements.

• Developing high-quality human resources, fostering an industrial working style characterized by discipline and creativity.

• Expanding union membership and further strengthening the Trade Union organization.

These orientations reflect the strong determination of the Trade Union collective to continue accompanying the enterprise, contributing to the building of a civilized, professional, and effective working environment.

Election of the New Executive Committee

At the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union of Tomeco An Khang Joint Stock Company for the 2025–2030 term, consisting of individuals with strong capabilities, prestige, and a high sense of responsibility. Notably, Mr. Trần Đình Mạnh was elected as Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025–2030 term.

The 6th Trade Union Congress of Tomeco An Khang concluded successfully, creating a positive atmosphere and strong confidence among all union members and employees. This will serve as an important driving force for the Trade Union and the Company to continue innovating and achieving their objectives in the coming period.
