This year’s tournament, with the participation of TOMECO An Khang and 26 other teams, is divided into 7 tables in a round robin format to calculate the ranking points, including 6 tables of 4 teams and 1 table 3 team. The prize will take place from April 8, 2019, to April 19, 2019, at the University of Water Resources football field.

After this qualifying round, from 27 teams there will be only 7 teams left, 7 second teams of 7 boards and 2 best ranked third teams entering the round of 16.
