TOMECO Hosts Mid-Year Conference 2025: United to Break Through and Reach Further

On August 5, 2025, TOMECO Mechanical Electrical JSC held its Mid-Year Review and Planning Conference for the remainder of the year. More than just a business meeting, this milestone event celebrated achievements, honored dedication, and set bold directions for the future.

First Half of 2025: Turning Challenges into Achievements

The first half of the year posed significant challenges, from raw material market fluctuations and slower infrastructure investment to increasing competition from domestic and international suppliers. Yet, thanks to sound strategies and the solidarity of all employees, TOMECO achieved remarkable results.

Key performance indicators remained stable. Notably, revenue from industrial fans for infrastructure projects, factories, industrial zones, and export-oriented auxiliary products continued to grow, making a substantial contribution to total revenue. At the same time, new projects in the power, steel, cement, and environmental sectors were executed on schedule, reaffirming TOMECO’s credibility as a reliable provider of high-quality mechanical solutions.

Internally, TOMECO strengthened its foundation by maintaining the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, expanding in-house training, and upgrading production lines at An Khang and Southern plants—laying the groundwork for stronger breakthroughs in the second half of 2025.

The conference was also a celebration of TOMECO’s people. Individuals and teams with outstanding contributions were recognized, reinforcing a culture of innovation, responsibility, and pride.

3. Investing in R&D with CFD aerodynamics, IoT monitoring, and energy-saving, eco-friendly products.
4. Developing human resources through corporate culture building and skill training for young managers and engineers.
5. Strengthening the TOMECO brand in Vietnam while elevating its global image in the supply chain.
