On September 26, 2019, TOMECO participated in the “Korea–Vietnam Business Networking 2019” event, organized by the Small & Medium Industrial Business Connection Center of JBNU Korea – Jeonbuk National University (South Korea). The event was held at Lotte Legend Hotel Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City. This activity was part of a series of initiatives aimed at promoting investment and trade relations between Vietnam and South Korea.
The event brought together numerous South Korean enterprises operating in various sectors, including food processing, automotive black boxes, motorcycles, electro-optical sensing equipment, cosmetics, air purifiers, smart farming solutions, fitness equipment, stadium seating, and mechanical engineering and machinery.
During the event, TOMECO had the opportunity to directly connect and engage with potential South Korean enterprises. Through this platform, TOMECO aimed to establish partnerships with Korean companies, positioning itself as a potential supplier, while also contributing to the strengthening of Vietnam–Korea economic cooperation. TOMECO hopes that such business networking activities will help support the shared goal of increasing bilateral trade turnover between Vietnam and South Korea to USD 100 billion by 2020.
