On November 27, 2025, TOMECO was represented by Mr. Lê Quý Thành at the workshop “Going Global & Enhancing the Competitiveness of Vietnamese Enterprises”, organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The event served as an important forum bringing together government agencies, economic experts, and leaders of major domestic enterprises to discuss pathways for Vietnamese products and brands to advance within the global value chain.

During the experience-sharing session, TOMECO presented its strategic orientations drawn from more than 30 years of development in industrial mechanical products, with a particular focus on participation in the global supply chain within the supporting industries sector. TOMECO emphasized that the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises is built not only on product quality, but also on the ability to meet international standards, digital transformation capabilities, and a proactive integration mindset.

At the workshop, Mr. Lê Quý Thành shared TOMECO’s journey as a Vietnamese mechanical engineering enterprise that initially focused on manufacturing industrial fans for the domestic market, and gradually expanded into OEM precision mechanical processing for multinational corporations. This transformation required continuous investment in technology, quality management systems, risk control mechanisms, and a technically skilled workforce with a global perspective. TOMECO’s experience served as a clear demonstration of the capability of Vietnamese enterprises to meet the stringent requirements of international partners.

In addition to sharing success stories, TOMECO also candidly addressed the challenges currently facing Vietnamese industrial enterprises, including limitations in international manufacturing standards, high requirements for capability certifications, pressure for technological innovation, and the need to build sustainable brands to gain trust in global markets. Drawing from its practical experience in participating in the supply chains of GE and other global corporations, TOMECO proposed several recommendations to support the Vietnamese business community: promoting the development of supporting industry ecosystems, strengthening collaboration among enterprises, research institutes, and regulatory authorities, and accelerating workforce training programs aligned with international standards.

The VCCI workshop provided an important opportunity for TOMECO to share its perspectives as an enterprise operating in the industrial fan and supporting industries sectors. Beyond its role as a speaker, TOMECO viewed the event as a valuable platform to update international trends, exchange professional insights, and expand cooperation with domestic and international partners. This serves as a foundation for the company to further enhance its competitiveness, strengthen its manufacturing ecosystem, and elevate the position of “Make in Vietnam” mechanical products.

The workshop concluded with in-depth discussions that opened new directions for Vietnamese enterprises amid deep global integration. For TOMECO, this participation reaffirmed its commitment to continuous innovation, integration, and competitiveness enhancement, while contributing to the promotion of a dynamic, creative, and globally ready image of Vietnamese mechanical enterprises.

With the goal of becoming a trusted partner in the global supply chain and a leading brand in the industrial mechanical engineering sector, TOMECO will continue to invest in technology, quality standards, and human resource development. This foundation enables the company not only to achieve sustainable growth but also to make meaningful contributions to enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese enterprises in the new development phase.
